Sterling Vanderhoof

Since the 4th grade I knew I wanted to be an Artist. I have a deep desire to inspire others to explore themselves and find the freedom of expression. There is a part of you yearning to communicate and connect with the world, which is deserving of all the beauty life has to offer. I wish to create a vulnerable space for you to see yourself in every painting.

My work can be described as emotionally driven realism centered around perception. Specializing in oil paint, charcoal, and 3D modeling with the intention to take ideas and turn them into realized visions. Following in the path of Michelangelo I wish to reveal our divine heritage within.

Through a combination of conversation, guided reflection, and principles rooted in art, I help you recognize what you’re actually feeling, understand why it’s there, and see your situation without the distortion that keeps you looping. As clarity returns, so does a sense of relief and from that relief, better decisions, stronger relationships, and a more grounded direction naturally follow.
